Working closely with Taylor Wimpey South West Thames RCP provided a full Architectural Working PAckacge alongside our Civil Engineering which included Isopachyte Contours and Drainage Layouts for this development of 14 bespoke homes by Taylor Wimpey South.

First Phase Development Drainage, Highway Alignment and Roundabout access
RCP was appointed by Miller Homes/Linden Homes to support the detailed strategic design for drainage, finished ground levels, new highway alignments and the new roundabout access associated with the submission of the Reserved Matters for the first phase of the development associated with an overall consented outline scheme of up to 1600 residential dwellings on the land west of Chichester Town Centre.
Highway Junction Access
We were appointed by Pulleyn Transport to carry out the detailed design associated with a new highway junction access off of Church Lane; required to serve the expanding needs of the Logistics Company.
Our scope of involvement included the detailed highway design and negotiations with the Local Highway Authority at Wokingham Borough Council to obtain approval for both the Section 278 and Section 38 Agreements.
Brownfield Development in Broxbourne
RCP have been appointed by Inland Homes in support of the redevelopment of the brownfield land at Delamare Road in Cheshunt, Broxbourne.
